10-15  Below Average Risk 16-22 Average Risk 23-25  High Risk 26-30 Very High Risk

Anyone scoring in the High Risk or the Very High risk category must be extra-vigilant in the practice of "safe-sun", self-skin examinations and yearly skin examinations performed by their physician.
